The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Malsalami P.S. Case No.264 of 2016 registered under Sections 186, 283, 285 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner was only a member of the mob. Nobody has sustained injury in the alleged occurrence as has been alleged in the F.I.R. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
