There is specific allegation of rape against petitioner no.1 with whom informant was working as dancer in orchestra party. So far as petitioner no.2 is concerned, it is only stated that he abated the informant to establish her physical relation with petitioner no.1. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner no.2, namely, Poonu be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in Shikarpur P.S. Case no. 438/2014.

So far as payer for bail of petitioner no.1- Dilshad is concerned, the same stands rejected.
