Petitioner is in custody connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 695 of 2019 for the offence under section 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case, allegation against this petitioner is that he was in theft of motorcycle. He further submits that noting was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 20.9.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal

No.6458 of 2020(2) dt.03-02-2020 2/2 antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than four months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 695 of 2019.
