Patna High Court CWJC No.1555 of 2023(4) dt.17-03-2023 2/2 proceedings relating to rejection of technical bid. However, there is a dispute relating to the communication of rejection of technical bid to the respective parties.
Accordingly, this present writ petition stands disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioners to assail the rejection of technical bid.
