1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to the opposite party no.2 by the learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra vide order dated 04.12.2024 passed in B.P. No.1953 of 2024.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No.43 of 2024.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
