Petitioner happens to be relative of the informant and the relation of the petitioner with informant was not cordial. It appears that on the basis of aforesaid circumstance, the involvement of the petitioner was doubted and subsequently, confessional statement of petitioner was recorded before the police and in the said confessional statement, petitioner disclosed his involvement saying that he had hired some criminals to commit the alleged crime.
It appears that except the aforesaid confessional
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37152 of 2015 (3) dt.04-11-2015 2/2 statement as well as circumstances of previous dispute, there is nothing against the petitioner, who does not have any criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Anil Kumar Ram, Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 25 of 2015.
