2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No.481 of 2023 lodged under Sections 304B, 302/34 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against five named accused persons including the petitioner against whom there is allegation that the accused persons used to demand dowry and due to non-fulfillment, the informant's daughter was killed.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that the petitioner is the matured lady who is mother-in-law and husband of the deceased is already in custody about which the petitioner has filed supplementary affidavit in this case.

5. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the

6. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the prayer for bail and submits that though husband of the deceased is in custody, but the petitioner being a lady and mother-in-law, is the kingpin in the commission of the occurrence.

7. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

8. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Motihari (East Champaran) in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No.481 of 2023, subject to the following conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
