The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, petitioner no. 1 snatched cash and petitioner no. 2 assaulted the wife of informant by means of Dabia on her head.

It is submitted that due to petty dispute an altercation took place between the parties. Both parties are own Gotia. Informant is own uncle of the petitioners. There is general and

Injury sustained by the injured has been found to be simple in nature by the Medical Board vide Annexure-3. Petitioners claim clean antecedents. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Laukahi P.S.
