JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-06-2016 Petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the house of the petitioner 100 bottles of country made liquor containing 200 ML each were recovered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that recovery has been made from the joint family house and petitioner is a lady.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No. 65 of 2016, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran at Chapra.
