This petition has been filed for modification in order dated 14.11.2017 passed in CWJC No. 14190 of 2014 which was disposed of by this Court giving liberty to the petitioners to raise their grievances before the appointed arbitrator i.e Additional Collector, Gaya within three months from 14.11.2017. However, it is informed that Vishwanath Sharma brother of petitioners unfortunately died after passing of the order dated 14.11.2017 and that was the reason the petitioners could not take step before the appointed arbitrator within the stipulated period of three months and petitioners only want extension of time to raise their grievances before the appointed arbitrator. In view of the aforesaid submissions, one month more

Patna High Court MJC No.784 of 2018 (2) dt.04-04-2018 2/2 time is granted to the petitioners to raise their grievances before the competent authority in the light of order dated 14.11.2017 passed in CWJC No. 14190 of 2014.
