Case No. 533 of 2019, registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 414, 419, 420, 465 and 467 of Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is that, there is a recovery of 334 liters of english wine from a car and petitioner was arrested from there. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is a driver having no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 23.12.2019.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the allegation and quantity of liquor, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, at this stage. However, once charge has been framed,
