The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 47-A of the Excise Act. The petitioner was not apprehended on the spot. About 100 litres of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the bamboo clumps. The petitioner is in jail since 26.06.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, (West) Muzaffarpur in connection with
