JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-02-2019 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Shakurabad P.S.Case No. 09 of 2015 registered under Sections 323, 354, 379 and 448/34 of the Indian penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
Allegation against the petitioners is of thrashing the informant on the ground with intention to outrage the modesty of the informant.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that police, after investigation, submitted final form not finding the case true but cognizance has been taken.
Heard learned APP also.
Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, abovenamed,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7024 of 2019(2) dt.06-02-2019 2/2 in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Jehanabad in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No. 09 of 2015; subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
