1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That in the instant writ application the Petitioners pray for a direction to the Respondent authority to regularize the services of the Petitioners

Patna High Court CWJC No.5052 of 2024(2) dt.18-04-2024 2/2 on class IV & III Posts as the Petitioners any working continuously since the year 2012 on daily wages and presently the Petitioners are still working on daily wages basis against class III and IV vacant posts and posts are still vacant as the Hon'ble Court has already settled the law that the daily wages employee must be regularized on vacant post if they are working for long times and post are vacant and the Petitioners further prays for a direction to the Respondent authority to grant the similar benefits to the Petitioner as granted to the similarly situated persons in the light of Bihar State Litigation Policy as well as in the light of judgment passed in the case of 2008 (4) PLJR 125 and 2011 (3) PLJR 588 & ((2006) 2 SCC 747) by the Hon'ble Courts."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
