Petitioners seek bail in Tariyani P.S. Case No. 116 of 2014 registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. The informant alleged that the petitioners along with other accused persons came on roof and made indiscriminate firing in which four persons namely Awadh Kunwar, Suresh Kunwar, Ankit Kunwar and Vimal Kunwar got firearm injuries. It appears that all the injured persons got simple injuries. There is land dispute between the parties. Petitioners are in jail since 20.06.2014.

Having considered the fact that on account of land dispute firing was made in which the informant and four

No.37748 of 2014 (5) dt.29-01-2015 2/2 persons got pellet injuries on their legs and the injuries were found to be simple in nature and for that petitioners have remained in jail for about seven months, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M, Sheohar in Tariyani P.S. Case No.116 of 2014.
