JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Shahjahanpur P.S. Case No. 101 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 7 of the E.C Act. Petitioner happens to be P.D.S dealer and according to the prosecution case itself, less stock was found when his shop was inspected. Moreover, it is informed that quota of the petitioner has already been stopped.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let above named, petitioner, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten
