The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No.86 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/307/ 323/ 325 / 341/354/380/385/504 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner allegedly assaulted with farsa causing injury at the head of the informant. There is case and counter case. The doctor has found lacerated wound bone deep on the left parietal region of skull though simple in nature and caused by hard and blunt substance.

Considering the fact that petitioner had knowledge that his act might cause death, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, the prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8173 of 2019(2) dt.13-02-2019 2/2 anticipatory bail is refused. However, in the event of surrender of the petitioner, the prayer for regular bail shall be disposed of without being prejudiced by the order of this Court. (Birendra Kumar, J) Mkr./- U T
