The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhore @ Bhorey P.S. Case No. 363 of 2021 registered for offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, custody of the petitioner since 14.12.2021 in the case of recovery of 40 litres liquor and he has no criminal antecedents, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ-IIcum-Special Excise Judge, Gopalganj in connection with Bhore @ Bhorey P.S. Case No. 363 of 2021 subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his attendance in Bhore @ Bhorey

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6401 of 2022(2) dt.25-05-2022 2/2 Police Station, Gopalganj, on first Sunday of every month during the course of the pendency of the case.
