The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 487 of 2019 for offences under Sections 341,325, 307/34 IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Referring to the background of the dispute he submits that the petitioner and informant are Gotiya and there is dispute as to partition of the joint family property.

Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty
