JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have given one iron rod blow on the head of informant on 14-07-2014 and after the aforesaid occurrence, the informant got admitted himself in hospital where he died after 19 days of the alleged occurrence. Learned counsel for the petitioner drew my attention towards the Photostat copy of postmortem report of the deceased (Annexure-3 to this petition) and submits that the cause of death of deceased was heart failure due to pre-existing heart disease. No.38162 of 2015 (2) dt.08-09-2015 the case, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/_ (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 179 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Supaul.
