The name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused and it appears that except the aforesaid confessional statement, there is nothing against him. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and some coaccused have already been admitted to bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Muffasil P.S.Case No. 136 of 2014.
