This application is filed for quashing the order dated 03.12.2021 passed by learned C.J.M. Samastipur in C.R. No. 1418/2021, T.R. No. 2717/2021 by which learned Magisgrate has taken cognizance against the petitioner under section 498A/34 of Indian Penal Code and section 3⁄4 of D.P. Act. The parties have settled their dispute which is clear from the learned Mediator dated 26.07.2022 and the memorandum of agreement has also been attached with the mediation report.

In view of the aforesaid, this application is allowed.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7279 of 2022(3) dt.13-03-2023 2/2 Accordingly the order dated 03.12.2021 passed by learned C.J.M. Samastipur in C.R. No. 1418/2021, T.R. No. 2717/2021 is hereby quashed along with the following cases: I. Complaint Case No. 1418 of 2021 pending in the Court of S.D.J.M-18, Samastipur.

II. Divorce Case No. 95/2021 pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court-2, Samastipur.

III. Complaint Case No. 4613 of 2021 pending in the Court of J.M.F.C.-20, Patna Sadar.
