2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sohsarai P.S. Case No. 23 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 328, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 33, 34, 36 of the Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has sold illicit liquor consuming which 8 persons have died.

4. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, though, some co-accused have been granted bail by this court.

6. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is

7. The trial is directed to be expedited.
