JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 18-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 369 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 447, 341, 323, 354, 354-B, 308, 436, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Having regard to the materials available on record, the Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected. However, he may surrender before the court below within one month from today and prays for regular bail, which shall be considered and disposed of on the same day without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
