JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 31-01-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Katihar Muffasil P.S. Case No. 336 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of snatching mobile phone and he was apprehended on spot.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and assaulted by the public. Further submission is that he has no criminal antecedent and has been in judicial custody since 13.12.2019. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and
