The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Considering criminal antecedents of the petitioner under Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and under other offences, in my view, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Hence, prayer is refused in connection with Special Case No.6743 of 2020 arising out of Kankarbagh P.S.Case No.911 of 2020 pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39898 of 2021(2) dt.13-12-2021 2/2 Petitioner is directed to surrender within two weeks and pray for regular bail.
