This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 332, 353, 399, 402, 411, 412, 414, 467 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, registered in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S.Case No. 482 of 2022. As per allegation, the police got an information that some miscreants were planning to commit some serious offences. The place of occurrence was raided and the accused persons named in the FIR were arrested with arms and ammunition described in the FIR. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and is in custody since 16.08.2022. The two cases mentioned in the supplementary affidavit are subsequent to the present case and he has been remanded in those cases on the basis of his confessional statement.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Amit Dayal, learned J.M. 1st Class, Sadar, Patna in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S.Case No.482 of 2022, subject to the following conditions:-

1. The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.

2. The petitioner shall appear in the court below on each and every date till framing of charge.
