For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Devendra Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 23-06-2016 Perused the office notes.
The defect is ignored.
The matter is taken up for consideration.
The petitioner questions the election of the Mukhiya in the Panchayat Elections inter alia on grounds of infirmity in counting of votes.
Apparently an election dispute has been translated into the writ petition which is misconceived and is disposed of. The petitioner, if so advised, can take recourse to the remedy so available to him under the Bihar Panchayat Raj Act, 2006 and the Bihar Panchayat Election Rule, 2006 framed thereunder.
