The petitioner seeks bail in Didarganj P.S. Case No. 43/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The police apprehended the petitioner from the flour mill and from the possession of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol and six live cartridges were recovered. The petitioner is in jail for about five and half months and he has got not criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sanjay Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna City, Patna, in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No. 43/2015.
