The petitioner seeks bail in Kopa P.S. Case No. 184 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report.

The police has recorded confessional statement of petitioner and, thereafter, remanded him in the instant case from Kopa P.S. Case No. 199 of 2018.

Petitioner is in custody since 13.12.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6784 of 2019(2) dt.06-02-2019 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Vth, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Kopa P.S.
