Learned Advocate for the State drawing the attention of this Court to the counter affidavit as well as supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no.4 has submitted that all the admissible retiral benefits and other dues have been paid to the petitioner, the particulars of which have been duly mentioned in para. 8 to 12 of the supplementary counter affidavit.
