2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Didarganj PS Case No. 193/2019 dated 27.06.2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per First Information Report, lodged in the year 2019, the petitioner fired upon father of the informant from his rifle due to which he died.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during course of trial of one Nago Singh, the informant appeared and did not support the prosecution story which would be evident from the statement of the informant as prosecution

5. Regards being had to the submissions made by the parties, taking into consideration the direct allegation against the petitioner that he fired upon the father of the informant and this Court is not holding mini trial at this stage, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is, hereby, rejected.
