The petitioner questions the election of the ward no.14, Gram Panchayat, Shivpur in the district of Bhojpur. The remedy for the petitioner to question the election lies under the Bihar Panchayat Raj Act, 2006 and the Bihar Panchayat Election Rules, 2006 framed thereunder. The petitioner, if so advised, can take recourse to the remedy so available to him thereto. No cause for indulgence is made in writ jurisdiction. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
