2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 448, 364, 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is in jail in a case of misuse of privilege of bail. The case is of the year 2004.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge has not already been framed on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8288 of 2024(3) dt.16-04-2024 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-IV, East Champaran, Motihari/concerned Court below in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 75 of 2024 subject to condition that:- 7(i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the Court and on absence on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, the bail bond shall be cancelled by the Court below.
