The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The payer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 16.02.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6315/2015. It is submitted that the petitioner has filed this Anticipatory Bail Petition because the police, after investigation, submitted chargesheet under Section 304 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code against other accused persons and the investigation with regard to the petitioner is still pending. Considering the nature of allegations against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail in Jogbani P.S. Case No. 101 of 2014. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
