Ist Class, Jhanjharpur, Dist. Madhubani in Khutauna P.S. Case No. 26 of 2014. It is made clear that one of the bailor must be close blood relation of the petitioner and other should be his co-villager whose identity as well as detail of his whereabouts must he thoroughly scrutinized by the court below. If the petitioner commits the crime of similar nature that can be an option for the opposite party even to consider to move before the appropriate court for cancellation of his bail bond.
