Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 450 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

By the order dated 22.02.2022, the petitioner was granted provisional bail for six months. During the aforesaid period, petitioner was directed to fully cooperate with the investigation. It was also observed that if it comes to the notice of the learned court below that he is making evasion in cooperating with the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12603 of 2021(5) dt.27-09-2022 2/2 investigation, the learned court below will be competent enough to take appropriate steps including cancellation of bail bond of the present petitioner.

Learned court below is directed to confirm the bail bond of the petitioner if no adverse has been reported against him. With these observations, this application is disposed of. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
