Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 306, 304(B), 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death.

Informant suspects that all the FIR named accused persons including these two petitioners killed the daughter of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that these petitioners have been made accused merely because they happen to be sisters of gotani of deceased. They are residents of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6941 of 2023(2) dt.11-05-2023 2/2 different villages and have got no concern with the affairs of the complainant. Besides this, informant is not the eye-witness of the occurrence.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-Ist, Naugachia, Bhagalpur/Successor Court in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 06 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
