2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 355 of 2020 instituted under Sections 341, 323, 376 and 511/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 and 10 of the POCSO Act.
3. The petitioner is the main accused in the case. The police has submitted charge-sheet and found the case to be non-cognizable.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have settled their dispute and they have entered into a compromise.

5. Learned counsel for the informant supports the compromise.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 355 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
