2. The petitioners seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Araria R.S. P.S. Case No. 84 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 324(4) & (5), 118(1), 109, 303(2), 74, 352, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023. 3.The allegation against the petitioners, who are ladies, is that they have caught Sanjida. There is no allegation of any assault against the petitioners.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in connection with the present case. He also submits

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8002 of 2026(2) dt.06-02-2026 2/2 that there is a land dispute between the parties. There is no allegation of assault against the petitioners. He further submits that the petitioners are ladies having no criminal antecedents.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioners, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on pre-arrest bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria R.S. P.S. Case No. 84 of 2025 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
