JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-05-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 350 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case was registered against unknown. He further submits that although the petitioner is in custody since 25.12.2019, on remand, yet he has not been put on Test Identification Parade. Considering the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in
