2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 47(a) and (f) of Bihar Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 25 liters of country made liquor has been recovered from the spot.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. He has been made accused in this case only on suspicion.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the from perusal of the impugned order it is apparent that petitioner was declared absconder and he has
