In the present writ application, the petitioners have sought for direction for engagement of the petitioners against the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15086 of 2014(2) dt.20-11-2017 2/2 teaching and non-teaching posts on contractual basis under the scheme of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan under the Institution, which is known as Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya.

Considering the nature of appointment, this Court is not inclined to invoke the power under Article 226 of the Constitution.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
