The petitioner seeks a direction to the District Magistrate, Jehanabad to take final decision on the recommendation of the Block Development Officer, Makhdumpur, as contained in his letter no. 419 dated 24.3.2017, a copy of which is present at Annexure 1.

It is the complaint of the petitioner that having been transferred as Panchayat Secretary in the Block Makhdumpur he was deputed at Gram Panchayat Kohra, West Saren, Kachnawan and Rampur but the Mukhiya has created problems in taking over of the charge and the Block Development Officer in such circumstances has recommended for transfer of the petitioner to a different block.

Patna High Court CWJC No.13190 of 2017 (2) dt.16-11-2017 In the circumstances discussed, let the petitioner raise his grievance before the District Magistrate, Jehanabad with complete details and it goes without saying that any such representation filed by the petitioner would be considered by the District Magistrate, Jehanabad and be disposed of in accordance with law within a period of six weeks of its filing by a speaking order.

The writ petition is disposed of with the directions aforementioned.
