Accordingly, the petitioner may file a representation before the respondent no. 3 within a period of two weeks from today, enclosing a copy of the aforesaid circular dated 09.11.2017 and the respondent no. 3 may consider the case of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate grounds taking into account the various relevant rules and regulations prevailing with regard to the said subject.
