JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-03-2018 The petitioner seeks to file a fresh representation for appointment on compassionate ground, staking her claim on the basis of the circular dated 09.11.2017 issued by the General Administration Department, Government of Bihar.

Accordingly, the petitioner may file a representation before the respondent no. 3 within a period of two weeks from today, enclosing a copy of the aforesaid circular dated 09.11.2017 and the respondent no. 3 may consider the case of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate grounds taking into account the various relevant rules and regulations prevailing with regard to the said subject. The writ petition is disposed off.
