JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Pirpainti P.S. Case No. 255 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 457, 379 and 461 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 03.07.2019. He further submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, he was not named in the FIR and he has remained in custody for seven months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to him. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees
