The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Explosive Substances Act. The petitioner was arrested in Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 178 of 2014 with arms and explosives and thereafter the petitioner was remanded in this case, but it appears that the police did not put the petitioner on test identification parade. No tangible material is collected, save and except the confessional statement. The petitioner is in jail since 09.03.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
