The petitioners seek bail in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No.482 of 2021, Special Case No. 8791 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a), 30(c), 34, 41,56 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Considering the clean antecedent of the petitioners, this application for bail is allowed, the petitioners above-named are directed to be enlarged on bail after framing of charge on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7013 of 2022(2) dt.26-05-2022 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise Danapur, Patna in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 482 of 2021.

The petitioners shall be released after completing one year in custody or framing of charge, whichever is later. They will also make attendance in the local police station (Shahpur, Danapur) on first Sunday of every month.
