Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner was arrested in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 31 of 2015 and the Police took the confessional statement of the petitioner. The petitioner is said to have confessed his guilt that the committed the offence of robbery.
