The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Palasi P.S. Case no. 34 of 2015 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 409, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 13 and 15 of the Prevention of Corruption Act.

Earlier the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 27.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21745 of 2015.

No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner. Accordingly,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19934 of 2019(15) dt.06-09-2022 2/2 this application is rejected.

However, if the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail, the same may be considered by the learned court below on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order of rejection.
